Positively Natural came to life through my own experiences with health and wanting to help others. I share my real life experience- things that led me down the right path, and even things that didn't. I will guide you through my education in strength, mobility, stretch, and over-all wellness. Custom month-to-month programming based off of your needs and goals. Best for those who feel confident going into the gym, or working out on their own, but need an expert to help with programming and lifestyle changes.

Monthly 4-Week Programming (Mobility, Strength, & Stretch)
Cardio/Step-Goals
App utilization to access your custom plan and track overall progress
Video demonstrations of exercises provided in the app
General Nutrition
One-hour live session per month, to discuss progress, goals, and check exercise form

At Positively Natural, our group classes are a little different.
Everyone's body is unique, so I don't believe everyone should be doing the exact same workout. Instead, I focus on teaching mobility, stretching, and proper strength training technique.
You'll still get the community of a group class, while learning how to move better, build confidence, and take what you've learned into your own workouts.
