The Story Behind Positively Natural

Hi, I'm Adriana.

I'm a wife, mom, certified personal trainer, and the founder of Positively Natural.

Helping people live healthier lives has become so much more than my career—it's my purpose.

I've always loved movement. Growing up, I played sports, and when that chapter ended, I wasn't ready to stop challenging myself. That's when I discovered strength training. It didn't just make me physically stronger—it changed the way I felt mentally, emotionally, and gave me a new appreciation for what our bodies are capable of.

The more I learned about strength training, nutrition, mobility, and overall health, the more I wanted to share that with others. In 2021, I became a certified personal trainer with the goal of helping people feel stronger, healthier, and more confident in their own bodies.

Then life took an unexpected turn.

In 2022, at 24 years old, I became pregnant with my daughter, Charlotte. During my pregnancy, my health slowly began to decline. Like many women, I assumed it was simply part of pregnancy and looked forward to feeling like myself again after she was born.

But that day never came.

After Charlotte was born, I continued searching for answers while being told my symptoms were simply part of postpartum or new motherhood. Deep down, I knew something wasn't right.

That search eventually led me to discovering Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome (CIRS) caused by mold exposure—a diagnosis that completely changed the way I understood health.

Healing has been one of the hardest and most refining experiences of my life. It taught me that health is so much more than exercise and nutrition. Our environment, stress, sleep, recovery, nervous system, mindset, and faith all influence how we feel.

That doesn't mean fitness became less important.

It became even more imimportant.

Movement has continued to be one of the greatest tools in my healing. Not because it fixes everything, but because it reminds me of what my body is still capable of.

That perspective is what inspired Positively Natural.

I created Positively Natural to be more than a place for workouts. My goal is to help people build a strong foundation for lifelong health through strength training, mobility, education, and realistic habits that fit their lives.
